Kudo's Caff ("we") runs a café and private dining lounges in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle information when you book with us or message us, including on WhatsApp.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, booking details (date, time, package, guest count, occasion notes and any cake or décor requests), and the messages you send us. If you reached us by tapping one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, Meta tells us which ad it was.

How we use it

To take and manage your booking, reply to you, and prepare your lounge. We also tell Meta when a conversation that started from one of our ads turns into a booking, so we can see which ads work. We share only what Meta needs for this, in the form Meta requires (for example a click reference and the booking value), not the content of your messages.

Who we share it with

Our booking and website provider (Wix), and Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) for messaging and ad measurement. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and so we can recognise returning guests. Message history is kept while it is useful for your booking and customer service.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it for ad measurement, by messaging us on WhatsApp (+92 311 042 6098) or emailing kudoscaff@gmail.com.
